The Office of the Chancellor deals with all foreign affairs and relations outside the borders of Siar Fordell. While the Thegn has final decision and say in all matters pertaining to the Thegn-Hold, the Chancellor gives wise council and advice, as well as handling the day to day business of foreign relations, treaties, and trade.
The Chancellor deals with foreign ambassadors, treaties, international trade, and all other activities on the international scene.
